1. What we collect
Account data (email, name via auth provider), seller profile fields you provide, order and license records, download audit metadata (hashed IP, user agent), and product analytics events needed to run the marketplace.
2. Payments
Card and billing details are handled by our payment processor (e.g. Lemon Squeezy). We store order amounts, status, and payment reference IDs — not full card numbers.
3. How we use data
To provide login, checkout, delivery of ZIP/license, seller dashboards, moderation, fraud prevention, and transactional email (receipts). We do not sell personal data.
4. Processors
Infrastructure may include hosting (e.g. Vercel), database (Postgres), object storage (R2/S3), authentication (Clerk), email (Resend), and payments (Lemon Squeezy). Each processor has its own privacy terms.
5. Retention
Account and order records are kept while the account is active and as required for accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Download logs are retained for security review.
6. Your rights
Depending on your region you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal retention needs. Contact us via the email on your receipt or storefront.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
